Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir until the chicken is coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the sticky chicken over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
