Description

A quick and flavorful dish perfect for weeknight dinners, featuring juicy chicken breasts seared in garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  5. Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest.
  6. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the chicken, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
