Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
These wraps are best served warm with a side of dipping sauce like ranch or marinara. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
