Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the egg noodles and cook according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain the noodles and return them to the pan.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the noodles. Stir until the butter melts and everything is well combined.
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve it on top of the garlic-infused noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For added nutrition and flavor, consider adding vegetables such as peas, spinach, or bell peppers. Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F for safety.
