Description

A delightful dessert combining rich chocolate and coffee flavors with creamy cheesecake texture, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ganache (chocolate + heavy cream)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, heavy cream, coffee granules, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set in the middle. Let it cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
