Tender, juicy chicken breasts baked with a creamy Parmesan sauce for a flavorful and easy meal.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and optionally sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in the mayo mixture for a few hours before baking. Adjust seasoning to taste.
