Description

A delicious low-carb alternative to traditional Philly cheesesteak, perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low carb wraps or cheese sheets


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add bell peppers and onions; sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, provolone cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is well combined.
  4. Place a portion of the filling onto a low-carb wrap or cheese sheet, roll it up, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes, until golden and heated through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
