Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low carb wraps or cheese sheets
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add bell peppers and onions; sauté until soft.
- Stir in cream cheese, provolone cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is well combined.
- Place a portion of the filling onto a low-carb wrap or cheese sheet, roll it up, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes, until golden and heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding spices like paprika or chili flakes. You can also use shredded chicken or pork instead of ground beef.
