Description

Delicious sliders made with a mix of beef and sausage topped with melted Velveeta cheese, perfect for casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  • Slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef and sausage, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Form the meat mixture into small patties to fit the slider buns.
  4. Grill or cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Velveeta cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
  6. Toast the slider buns if desired.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a bun and adding optional toppings as desired. Serve immediately.
