Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve garnished with green onions.
