Description

A quick and delicious dish featuring shrimp coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until shrimp is pink and opaque.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve garnished with green onions.
