Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Mix in the milk and melted butter until a dough forms.
- Stir in the mozzarella cheese until it’s evenly distributed.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut into strips.
- Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
