Description

Delicious and healthy air fryer muffins that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Grab your ingredients and choose a flavor.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (162°C).
  3. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine without overmixing.
  4. Spoon the batter into silicone muffin cups, filling about three-quarters full.
  5. Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket, ensuring they have space.
  6. Air fry for 10 to 13 minutes. Check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, they are done.
  7. Allow to cool for a bit, then remove from cups and serve.

Notes

Use silicone muffin cups for easy removal. For added texture, consider mixing in oats or nuts.
