Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Grab your ingredients and choose a flavor.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (162°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine without overmixing.
- Spoon the batter into silicone muffin cups, filling about three-quarters full.
- Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket, ensuring they have space.
- Air fry for 10 to 13 minutes. Check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, they are done.
- Allow to cool for a bit, then remove from cups and serve.
Notes
Use silicone muffin cups for easy removal. For added texture, consider mixing in oats or nuts.
