- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella

- Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until flexible.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer with cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
- Heat a skillet, sprinkle shredded cheese on the pan, place the burrito seam-side down, and cook until cheese melts and forms a crispy crust. Flip and repeat until both sides are golden.
Notes
Feel free to customize the filling. For a spicier version, add jalapeños or more chipotle sauce. Ensure not to overfill the burrito to avoid difficulty in rolling.
