Description

This creamy, spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is a hit at parties and game days, easy to prepare and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Veggies, chips, or crackers for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Frank’s RedHot sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  6. Serve hot with veggies, chips, or crackers.

Notes
