This creamy, spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is a hit at parties and game days, easy to prepare and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Veggies, chips, or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Frank’s RedHot sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve hot with veggies, chips, or crackers.
