Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into circles.
- Place the pastry circles on a baking sheet and poke them with a fork.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden and flaky.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic; then add spinach until wilted.
- Mix in cream cheese, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg, stirring until well combined.
