Description
A delicious and easy meal featuring tender pork chops, creamy sauce, and flavorful potatoes, all cooked in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 6 boneless pork chops (about 1 to 1.5 inches thick)
- 1 tablespoon butter (or oil)
- 1 pound gold baby potatoes, cut in half
- 12-ounce bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Season both sides of pork chops with this mixture.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter (or oil) and brown the seasoned pork chops. Once browned, remove from heat.
- In a slow cooker, add the cut potatoes and place the browned pork chops on top.
- In a bowl, mix Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce, heavy cream, and grated parmesan cheese. Pour this mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or high for 240 minutes (4 hours) until everything is tender.
- Optionally, top with chopped parsley before serving and spoon sauce over the pork chops when serving.
Notes
Browning the pork chops adds flavor and color. Substitute heavy cream with a non-dairy alternative if desired.
