  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  3. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) to the Crock Pot.
  4. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the sauce.
  6. Cook on low for 210-240 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes
