Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, cauliflower, and broccoli until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
