Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, cauliflower, and broccoli until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
