Description

Delicious and easy sliders made with creamy chicken, crispy bacon, and melted cheese on fluffy Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Shredded chicken
  • Cream cheese
  • Ranch seasoning mix
  • Cooked bacon, chopped
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chopped bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and place the top half of the rolls on.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the sliders are heated through and cheese is melty.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Feel free to add toppings like pickles or jalapeños for extra flavor.
