Description

Delicious sliders featuring scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese, perfect for breakfast gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ground pork sausage
  • 4 strips of crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for frying


Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the skillet until cooked to your liking.
  4. In another skillet, cook the ground pork sausage until browned.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a layer of scrambled eggs on the bottom half of each roll.
  6. Add some cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Place the top half of the roll on each slider.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your hearty breakfast sliders!
