Delicious sliders featuring scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese, perfect for breakfast gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup ground pork sausage
- 4 strips of crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
- Scramble the eggs in the skillet until cooked to your liking.
- In another skillet, cook the ground pork sausage until browned.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a layer of scrambled eggs on the bottom half of each roll.
- Add some cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the top half of the roll on each slider.
- Serve warm and enjoy your hearty breakfast sliders!
