Delicious twist on traditional burgers, featuring crispy smashed patties and a flavorful secret sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Burger buns
- Lettuce
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 4 slices Cheese
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Pickle juice
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into loosely packed balls and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the balls on the hot surface and smash them down with a spatula to form patties. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Flip the patties and add cheese if desired, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
- For the secret sauce, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and a splash of pickle juice. Mix well.
- Toast the burger buns.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading the secret sauce on the buns, adding lettuce, tomato, onion, and the smashed patties.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
