Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Add fresh basil and stir to combine.
- Return the chicken to the pan, coating it in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan cheese for a richer taste. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition and flavor.
