Description

A delicious and easy dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a rich and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  2. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add fresh basil and stir to combine.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, coating it in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
