Ingredients
- Kings Hawaiian rolls
- Cooked chicken, shredded
- Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Ranch dressing
- Maple syrup
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing until combined.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the chicken mixture over the bottom halves. Add cheese slices if desired.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding diced onions or jalapeños to the chicken mixture. Leftover rotisserie chicken works perfectly for this recipe.
