Description

Delicious and easy-to-make sliders featuring chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing, perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • Kings Hawaiian rolls
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Ranch dressing
  • Maple syrup
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing until combined.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture over the bottom halves. Add cheese slices if desired.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding diced onions or jalapeños to the chicken mixture. Leftover rotisserie chicken works perfectly for this recipe.
