Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the filling evenly among the tortillas. Top each with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If you like, sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling. Place them seam-side down in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with a side salad, chips, or a dipping sauce like ranch or salsa for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
