Description

Delicious and easy-to-make wraps filled with tender chicken, creamy cheese, and a hint of garlic, customizable with fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the filling evenly among the tortillas. Top each with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If you like, sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling. Place them seam-side down in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
  5. Slice the wraps in half and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a side salad, chips, or a dipping sauce like ranch or salsa for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
