Description

A comforting and hearty soup that combines classic cheeseburger flavors into a creamy dish, perfect for chilly days.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 3 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: croutons, additional cheese, green onions


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef and bacon over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the potatoes, beef broth, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the milk and cheeses until melted.
