Description

Easy and delicious cheeseburger sliders perfect for any gathering. Customize to your liking with various toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles (optional)
  • 6 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ketchup and mustard (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties to fit the slider buns.
  4. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Toast the slider buns in the oven until golden.
