Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions

- 6 slider buns

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onions, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties to fit the slider buns.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the slider buns in the oven until golden.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a beef patty on each bun and adding pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
- Serve immediately or assemble ahead of time and reheat later.
