Description

Easy and flavorful Buffalo Chicken Sliders that combine shredded rotisserie chicken, cheesy goodness, and are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls (12 count)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and garlic powder. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the ranch dressing, half of the cheeses, and the buffalo sauce.
  4. Split the rolls in half and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture on the bottom half of the rolls and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the chicken.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops of the sliders are golden brown.
  10. Cut and serve while hot and melty.

Notes

Consider adding blue cheese for extra flavor or adjust the level of spiciness by adding more buffalo sauce.
