Description

Delicious and easy-to-make treat combining peanut butter and chocolate flavors, perfect for parties or as a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well blended.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch pan.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes or until firm.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be drizzled with more melted chocolate for presentation. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week or freeze for longer storage.
