Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
- 1-2 tbsp Sriracha
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl. Adjust to taste.
- Set up a breading station: one plate with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko.
- Dip each chicken tenderloin first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with panko.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle with the bang bang sauce and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
