Description

Delightful Bang Bang Chicken Sliders featuring crispy chicken thighs and a spicy, creamy sauce, perfect for gatherings or casual dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Slider buns
  • 1/2 cup Bang Bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder)
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Dip each thigh in the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat them with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken until it’s golden brown and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing the fried chicken on slider buns, adding Bang Bang sauce, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in spices before breading. Adjust spiciness of the sauce by varying sriracha amount.
