- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Slider buns
- 1/2 cup Bang Bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Dip each thigh in the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat them with panko breadcrumbs.

- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the fried chicken on slider buns, adding Bang Bang sauce, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in spices before breading. Adjust spiciness of the sauce by varying sriracha amount.
