  • 2 cups of pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of cooked lentils
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: A sprinkle of pumpkin seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the pumpkin puree and vegetable broth. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the cooked lentils, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
