- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, and soy sauce (if using).
- Cook until the chicken is heated through.
