Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, and soy sauce (if using).
  4. Cook until the chicken is heated through.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cooked quinoa and the chicken-vegetable mixture.
